When will I receive my order?

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 days after purchase. Custom orders may take approximately 3–4 days to produce and prepare.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via the email or phone number you provided at checkout.
  • If you don’t receive tracking within the expected timeframe, you can contact them to follow up.

Shipping Time:

  • After shipping, orders usually take 5–7 business days to arrive for U.S. customers.
  • For international customers, delivery
    typically takes 5–10 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If you have questions about tracking, email sales@neonbubble.net.

Whatis your refund policy?

  • Damaged product/manufacturing defect: If your signs arrives damaged just send us a picture to sales@neonbubble.net within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or give you a full refund.
  • Product not as described: If the item you received doesn’t match the description or product image, We ’ll exchange it or issue a full refund. Note that slight differences in appearance can occur.  
  • Lost in transit: If the package is lost but you provided the correct address, Neon Bubble will reship the product.

CanI cancel my order?

All sales are final once placed. Most signs begin being printed and built shortly after your order is submitted, so we generally cannot be canceled.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS or FedEx.

Duties & Fees

  • U.S. orders: No additional duties.
  • International orders: Duties or customs fees may apply depending on your destination country.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Custom orders will on average take 3-4days. After your order is placed, within hours we will produce the sign and start building it.  Once your order has been printed it cannot be cancelled.  When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us at neonbubble23@gmail.com If your order hasn't shipped within the timeframe listed above, please reach out to us! We'll resolve it asap.

After you order ships it normally takes 5-10 business days to arrive for US customers. International customers, please allow 7-21 days for shipping.

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You should receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you have questions on your order status please email us at neonbubble23@gmail.com

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Product not as described: If you receive the product and it does not match the description/image from our site we will exchange it for a different item or give you a full refund. Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the way the image is lined up on the final product.  

Lost in transit: If your product is lost in transit and you GAVE US THE CORRECT ADDRESS then we will re-ship the product to you.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are FINAL! Depending on how busy we are your sign will literally be printed, built and packaged within a few hours of you placing the order.  Although your package may not get picked up by our shippers for 24-48 hours, we've already paid for shipping. 

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?
