📅 When will I receive my order?
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 days after purchase. Custom orders may take approximately 3–4 days to produce and prepare.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via the email or phone number you provided at checkout.
- If you don’t receive tracking within the expected timeframe, you can contact them to follow up.

- After shipping, orders usually take 5–7 business days to arrive for U.S. customers.
- For international customers, delivery
typically takes 5–10 days.
🔍 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If you have questions about tracking, email sales@neonbubble.net.
💰 Whatis your refund policy?
- Damaged product/manufacturing defect: If your signs arrives damaged just send us a picture to sales@neonbubble.net within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or give you a full refund.
- Product not as described: If the item you received doesn’t match the description or product image, We ’ll exchange it or issue a full refund. Note that slight differences in appearance can occur.
- Lost in transit: If the package is lost but you provided the correct address, Neon Bubble will reship the product.
🚫 CanI cancel my order?
All sales are final once placed. Most signs begin being printed and built shortly after your order is submitted, so we generally cannot be canceled.
