The ad showed a remote on/off switch that was not included. No follow up from customer service.
Junk product, junk customer service, junk product. Electrical cord was damaged, the repaired with Electrical tape. Garbage for what I paid.
Absolutely love my new neon sign! The quality is amazing, the colors are bright and vibrant, and it looks even better in person. Packaging was secure and delivery was smooth. Customer service was also very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and professional neon sign!

Ordered a happy holidays sign for restaurant flower wall and this made the holiday theme! Will order for future holidays to enhance our neon walls
I like the neon sign, however I can't give it a higher rating due to poor quality of how the display is connected to power source. When moving it to different windows, I inadvertently pulled the power cord out of back of display. That area needs reinforcement to prevent this from happening to other customers. I ordered a replacement display and plan on reinforcing this area myself. I paid 270$ for a new 36×46 display. Can u help more on the cost?

Sign won’t light up. Emailed and called Neon Bubble. Only got voice mail box. Got an email reply. They asked for video and pictures, I sent. Got an email they didn’t receive photos and video. I sent again. No response. Not happy with their customer support. Unresolved matter.
The process of ordering was easy. The quality of the neon light is great and it looks amazing ! So happy with the purchase. The company did a great job to ensure the product arrived without any damages.
